SERVICE ELEVATORS

The small freight elevator is a compact, office lift for moving small loads between serviced floors. The capacity of such an elevator does not exceed 250kg, which is quite enough for a small, service lift.

THE ADVANTAGES OF A SMALL FREIGHT ELEVATOR:

• The relatively small weight and size of the equipment make it possible to install it in virtually any part of the room;
• Possibility to provide loading / unloading, both from the floor level, and from the service height up to 1000mm;
• The cabin, mine doors and other visible elements of a small freight elevator, if necessary, can be made from stainless food stainless steel;
• Such an elevator installed in the mine has all the advantages of a mine hoist;
• There is no need to register such a lift in the executive authorities for industrial safety and labor protection.

Blocking, protection and security

• Catchers – a mechanical device to stop and hold the cab on the rails. Work in case of breakage of the traction rope;
• Blocking the movement of the cab when the door is open mine;
• Motor overheating protection;
• Limit switches for cabin re-descent / re-rise;
• The design feature of a small freight elevator complicates its improper use and thereby prevents safety violations.
