ECO-Friendly Driving System
As rope type is applied to our elevator, there is no need to bring much oil to your house compared to hydraulic type. (No oil leaks and odors)

Energy-Saving
When the elevator is not used for certain period, the car lighting and electric fan are automatically turned off and standby power is significantly reduced. (ECO Mode) In addition, our elevator has LED lighting and high-efficiency transformer as standard.

Space-Saving
As our elevator adopts “Machine-Room-Less” concept, required overhead dimension, pit depth and shaft size are designed minimally. By this minimum space design, architects and interior designers can more freely design the building.

Safety
Multi-Beam Door Sensor
Multiple infrared light beams cover the door height range of 10mm to 1580mm from the floor level to detect passengers or objects. When any of the beams are blocked, the closing doors immediately reverse to re-open safely.

Emergency Car Lighting
Upon electric power supply failure, Emergency Car Lighting automatically turns on immediately and provides minimum level of lighting within a car by the rechargeable battery.

Emergency Bell Button
A bell located on the top of the car sounds while this button on Car Operating Panel is being pressed. This button alerts persons inside the house.

Fire Emergency Return
Upon activation of fire alarm in the house, the car will stop at the evacuation floor and park there with the do Overload Holding Stop.
When the car is overloaded, a buzzer sounds and the car does not leave that floor until enough passengers exit the car for the safety. After enough passengers exit the car, the buzzer stops and the car leaves that floor.

Elza Emergency Landing Device
Upon electric power supply failure, by using a rechargeable battery, a car automatically moves to the nearest lower floor (Standard) or bottom floor (Optional) and doors open for the safe evacuation of passengers.

Modular Jack (for Landline Phone)
Modular Jack is provided in the car for easy installation of a landline phone (provided by customers) that enables passengers to notify or communicate directly with outside.
*It is highly recommended to provide the landline phone
Earthquake Emergency Return with P-Wave Sensor
Upon activation of primary wave seismic sensor, car will stop at the nearest floor and park there with the doors temporarily open for the safe evacuation of passengers. ors temporarily open for the safe evacuation of passengers.

Comfort
USB Power Supply (Type-A/DC5V 2.4A)
Various USB devices such as fan, air cleaner, aroma diffuser, etc. are available in the car. (USB devices are provided by customers.)

Management Key Switch
Management Key Switch at bottom floor deactivates the elevator.
For example, owner can take the elevator out of service manually with this switch before leaving the house to prevent children from playing with the elevator.

One Additional Management Key Switch
One Additional Management Key Switch can be applied at any floor other than bottom floor.
For example, if Management Key Switch is applied at ground floor (main entrance) and basement floor (garage), owner can more conveniently switch to disable/able the elevator.

Bleep Button
Electric tone sounds to recognize that Hall Call Button or button on Car Operating Panel is pressed.

Car Arrival Chime
Electric chime sounds to announce car arriving before landing on the floor.

Extending Door Opening Time
Door opening time can be extended by 3 minutes by pressing Door Open Button on Car Operating Panel or Hall Call Button while the doors are open.

Car Indicator
Car Indicator displays information on the car position and operating status clearly.

Hall Position Indicator
Users can easily know the car position and travel direction by clear and big indicator.

Electric Fan
Electric Fan on the car ceiling blows the air to keep inside of the car clean. 100mm Higher Car Ceiling Height and Entrance Height Car ceiling height and entrance height can be higher by 100mm* to feel comfortable atmosphere.
*Standard: Car ceiling height: 2000mm
