High-quality installation of elevators is not just ensuring their non-stop operation, but also, most importantly, a guarantee of safety. Not every company, unfortunately, installs lifting equipment in such a way that the client has no claims either for safety, reliability or strength.

Installation of the Elevator is very difficult and therefore especially responsible technological process therefore it has to be carried out only by professionals. After all, how secure the safety of passengers using the Elevator, depends, neither more nor less, human life.

Types of work and equipment installation

All start-up and adjustment works which are connected with installation of the load-lifting equipment are made quickly and competently.

They include the following types of work:

Dismantling of old equipment, including in existing buildings;

Installation of lifting equipment of different types, including individual orders;

Pre-commissioning activities;

Training of lifting equipment to surrender in exploitation;

Three types of installation of the lift

There are three main types of Elevator installation:

Element — this type of installation is carried out with the help of individual parts and Assembly units. As a rule, this method is used to install the Elevator in a blocked shaft and engine room. It is used in low-rise buildings or in the repair or replacement of old elevators. Element-by-element installation is a basic type of installation. In addition, it is also an integral part of the installation process of the following two types;

Installation of large-size modules. This means that directly at the manufacturing plant, parts of the mounted Elevator are pre-assembled into larger blocks. This is the peculiarity of this type of installation. Installation of such a lift is applied when uncovered the opening of the mine and the engine room and is made with the help of a construction crane;

The third type is tubing. Tubing – a three-dimensional reinforced concrete parts of the mine shaft, or individual elements of prefabricated mounting structures.
